By accessing and using Heirloom Kitchen ("we," "our," or "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Heirloom Kitchen provides a digital meal planning, recipe organization, and grocery list management tool designed to help families plan and organize their meals.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any recipes, notes, or images you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to store, display, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload any content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Heirloom Kitchen is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malta. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or an in-app notification.
